God calls His people to care for the orphaned and vulnerable children of the world. Many hearts around the world are stirred by this calling, and yet it is hard to know what to do without understanding the issues surrounding the global orphan crisis and without knowing exactly how to get involved.
In Diane Lynn Elliot’s book, The Global Orphan Crisis, she takes her readers on a journey of understanding and a call to action. The book discusses the factors that are contributing to the orphan crisis, the dangers that orphaned children face, and what this crisis looks like in different parts of the world.

Diane then talks about what it looks like to redeem orphaned and vulnerable children. She calls her readers to transformation so that they can then transform the lives of orphaned children around the world. The book contains many practical and real ways to get involved and how to invite others along that journey.
To enhance discussion, please come prepared by writing down your answers in advance to the questions at the end of each chapter.
